Terms

Using this site means accepting the following.

What the site is

Werenny Five is an independent editorial index of hotels, published for reference and for reading. It is not a travel agency, a booking agent or a reseller. It takes no reservations and handles no payments.

Accuracy and change

Hotels get refurbished, renamed, sold and closed. Entries are written carefully but can fall out of date between one visit and the next, and we may revise, add to or remove any part of this site without notice. Confirm anything that affects your plans with the property itself.

Names and text

Hotel and company names belong to their owners and are used here to identify and describe. No affiliation or endorsement is implied by inclusion. The written text is ours; ask before republishing it in full.

Liability

The site is offered as it is, without warranty of any kind. So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of or reliance on anything published here, or from any dealings you have with a property described.
